We run a Deal‑Ready sprint to produce: a readiness gap map, a deal strategy (raise vs strategic capital vs transaction options), a valuation model with scenarios, a cap table plan, an investor‑grade narrative, and a structured data room with a due diligence index — plus the operating model alignment required to defend the plan in diligence.

How do you work with financial and legal advisors?
We lead the business and operating model work and keep all parties aligned. Licensed financial and legal advisors handle jurisdiction‑specific regulated components; we make sure the company is ready and the process stays coherent.

What do you need from us to start?
A public company site (or investor deck link if pre‑launch), your cap table, recent financials or KPIs, and a clear target outcome (raise amount or transaction intent). We’ll request the rest as part of the readiness assessment.
